	Candy Making Did you know that Cookeeze baking pans can also be used to make delicious chocolate candy? It's so easy!
	Put 5-6 wafers of different colors in small microwave-safe cups or ramekins. Melt according to the package directions. (Do not use the Cookeeze artist palette in the microwave, it is not intended for microwave use!) Use Cookeeze artist brushes to paint the colored chocolate directly onto the pans, then chill. Fill the remainder of the mold with either white or cocoa melted chocolate, chill again. You will be amazed at the results! Serve on a pretty platter with eggnog or hot-spiced cider for a special dessert. Wrap the chocolates individually in clear cellophane bags; tie with a pretty holiday ribbon. Homemade chocolates make a wonderful holiday gift.

	Holiday Gelatin Treats This is a time saving, kid-friendly dessert to take to a holiday potluck party. Cookeeze baking pans can also be used for gelatin molds.
	Mix 4 envelopes of Knox unflavored gelatin with 3 packages (4 oz. Size) of fruit flavored Jell-O (use cherry or lime) in a bowl. Add 4 cups of boiling water. Stir until mixture is completely dissolved. Carefully pour mixture in the Cookeeze bake pan molds. Refrigerate until firm. Remove from pans and serve.
